The place had a contemporary atmosphere. There were good beds and central heating and iron/ironing board inside the room. Booked it for $ 262. The service offered was good!
No negatives from this place.

The entry/location was explicit. As we were upgraded the room + ensuite were like being at home.
The website is a bit misleading under the B & B category. It is a house with rented rooms. Not your typical B & B experience.

I loved the place, everything was very good. My room was tidy with a fairly clean bathroom.- There were comfortable beds.- The location was unbeatable and great, close to a bus station in a really comfortable area.

The hotel was in a marvellous location, in Kitchener-Waterloo area. Plus, it was short walk to everyrhing, a big shopping center, and a bus station...
Nothing, all was good.

The common areas of the home (Kitchen, Living room, Dining room) were nicely appointed.
No water in the kitchen for breakfast. No cereal. No regular coffee. Don't like using common peanut butter, jam etc. Sealed individual servings would be more appropriate! King size bed (Room 221)- right side mattress is finished - it creaked if you sat on it and every time you turned over. Had a horrible night's sleep! Not even a box of kleenex in the room. Decarative comforter looked like it had been in the dryer too long and looked very unclassy all wrinkled up on the bed. Bed was poorly made (top sheet was not even tucked in and pulled all the way to the top!) Not even a picture on any wall in the bedroom - felt cold, certainly not like an executive home.

It was a new house,
I was expecting a Hotel, not a house, that we had to share, Bed & Breakfast. Three young kids running and screaming early in the AM, with mom trying to keep them quiet. I received the comformation from the booking co. with conformation #, I thought I was good to go. Didn't know there was another e-mail to follow. that would explain the prosess. because I was looking for a normal Hotel, with a front deck and 6 floors, so we drove all around and then finaly called someone.

It was close to couple of shops and restaurants.
This was our first experience about a guest house,I was expecting something like Bed and Breakfast, because breakfast including means to me is to find something ready on table not to prepare everything by myself. May be these quest houses shouldnt be marketted like breakfast included. Besides because of shortage of rooms in kitchener and waterloo in this weekend I think I paid a lot of money for a very small room and a shared bathroom with other guests.

Convenient Location and Excellent Walkability 🚶
The location here is great, just a short 10-15 minute walk to Hydro Cut. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

The booking site indicated that the room was "breakfast included". We discovered on arrival the it was self catered. Supplies consisted of a bowl of fruit, and some eggs. No tea, coffee, bread etc. The first time time in 45 years of travelling that I have encountered this situation. Room was clean, but mattress felt cheap and was quite uncomfortable. Room was small and overcrowded. Did not see any staff during the stay.

It was very convenient - nice to have all three rooms that we needed on the same floor - liked the main living area and the kitchen - and the food that was left for breakfast was appropriate
We had travelled from UK, arriving in Toronto at 15:50. By the time we had sorted immigration, hire cars etc, we were exhausted. We found it hard to find - we expected a 'hotel' to be better signposted and no-one we asked could help. We had not been able to check the internet since we left UK, and the password had been changed in the mean time. That meant we were 20 minutes outside the house, not sure that we were in the right place, trying to figure what had happened and to get online to find the new password.
